A great opportunity for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join a high performing team working with a great brand. Reporting to the General Sales Manager, we need a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join the Autohub Team.

We’re looking for someone who can oversee the day to day sales of our used cars including finance and insurance products.

 

Responsibilities

    • • Co-responsibility for achieving department budget
    • • Support the General Sales Manager on the day to day running of the sales dept.
    • • Value part exchanges and stack deals for the sales team
    • • Use of Autotrader Accelerator to manage used stock
    • • Propose & sign up customer finance applications
    • • Assist with responding to live chat enquiries and e-leads
    • • Maintain high levels of customer service and customer feedback scores
    • • Coach sales team on use of CitNOW video messaging
      • • Manage, coach and support the team of sales execs, valeter’s & site coordinator
      • This is an active selling role

 

Requirements

  • Must be driven, enthusiastic and keen to exceed both company and customer expectations
  • Must be smartly presented at all times
  • 100% focused on delivering an excellent purchasing experience for customers
  • Exceptional organisation and diary management skills
  • Must have excellent spelling and grammar skills
  • PC literacy is a must. This role requires a large amount of IT use
  • High standard of admin and paperwork skills
  • Must be open to new ways of doing things and able to quickly adapt to our processes
